Avery had a project to do over the Labor Day weekend. She was to make a mini her. She was sent home with a diecut cardboard figure and she was to make it look as much like her as she could. They are going to be having a "ME" unit of study during the next lil bit. Now I had to operate the hot glue gun but she did the rest. I showed her how to make a dress and shoes out of some scrapbook paper. Which by the way came in real handy in making her doll, and then I snagged some yarn from the church for the hair, cause I really didnt' want to buy a whole thing of yarn for that little bit. She did a fantastic job and had a blast making her girl. She had to throw up the deuces in the first pic. Silly girl. 
Her daddy gave her his old Mickey Mouse watch and she is some kind of proud of it. She actually wore it to school today.

Avery #3 is a hot little chic!!! And GASP... I had that very same watch!!! Actually, I think I still have it!!! How funny is that!??!?!
