Puppy in my pocket from Mamaw and Papaw Hard to believe that just a week ago Avery turned 5. You know how fast time flies in your own life but have a child and watch them grow literally right in front of your eyes, that's when the fast comes in. It seems like just yesterday we were bringing her home from the hospital and now she's 5. And to think that she will leave me and start school in less than a year, oh my gosh what will this mommy do? I know I will get through it just like the rest of you did, but uhhh, I don't even like to think about it. You know I had 36 years for me before God blessed me with her, and I know his timing was impeccable. I so do not deserve her and I do treasure her and love her with every ounce of my being. She is rotten as they come but she has such a sweet spirit and kind soul. She is a one of a kind. I thank God for her and what she has done for my life.

My parents were in for the past week so I haven't blogged much, we had an amazing week just being together and we had her birthday party yesterday, went great, lots of friends were there, missed some that weren't able to make it. God provided us with a beautiful sunny day and it was warm, but not too warm.

Bless her heart the weather channel said high of only 68 so I put a long sleeve not heavy but long sleeve shirt and some jeans. She burned up, you will be able to see in the pics she got so hot and was just a sweating. But didn't bother her any, I just whipped that hair up in a ponytail and let her go.
